The Otago branch has over 200 members. The branch membership is comprised of deer farmers ranging from high country to intensive coastal properties, and scientists/researchers from Invermay and Otago University. Venison, velvet and trophy farming operations are all well represented within the province. Branch Field Day and AGM - 27 April 2010 Criffel Station, Wanaka A successful Field Day was recently held at the Criffel Station Woolshed in Wanaka. The day kicked off with a radio-broadcast tour of Criffel Station and was followed by presentations by prominent members of the local deer community.
